First select one of the following topics given below. If you feel passionate about a different topic that you can address using the guidelines below, you are welcome, just please run it by me first to ensure its doable.

-health and nutrition

Then, pick two different cultures for comparison. Using one of the topics above, address the following, while trying to link to course concepts:
1. a. Do attitudes and beliefs on your selected topic differ across cultures? Please provide 1-2 examples on which attitudes differ (eg culture 1 holds believes in / tends to do X, for example, and culture 2 believes in / tends to do Y)
1.b. If they differ, what could be a possible reason for this?
2. How do these different attitudes drive consumer attitudes to related products? Or, in other words, how do people use related products / services differently across cultures?
3. Using the same topic, address the following:
3.1. What are some challenges for international brands in a related industry, resulting from these differences? (these could relate to, for example, ethnocentrism…. religion…social norms…. political issues… etc.) Please suggest 2 challenges; you do not have to propose solutions.
3.2. Considering the above, what do international brands need to adjust in order to sell this product from one culture to another? Please propose 2 marketing components to be adjusted.
You can use any aspect: 4Ps (product, placement, promotion, price, or the 3Ps of service); or strategies / tactics (eg communications / advertising / PR). It does not matter what you pick as long as you explain.
This can be a general answer, not necessarily addressing the specific challenges from 3.1. Please stick to the same countries and product category.
This essay is approximately 2.5-3 pages long, double spaced, name on top. You can use questions 1,2,3, as sub-headers / structure. You can use references / bibliography, and add at the end of the paper, either within the 2.5-3page doc or as extra. You can make it longer if you wish, though it is not needed.
