Content Requirements:
You are a Case Worker for a helping agency. For this assignment, create a client with a problem of your choice (substance abuse, housing, probation, etc.).
Identify at least five problem areas that are part of their situation. In a 3- to 5-page paper, describe the process that you would work through from initial contact through a positive termination from services.
Make sure you include legal and ethical practices that you must carry out (HIPAA, release of information, etc.).
Be as comprehensive as possible to show your understanding of the Case Management process. Use and list references, as needed.
