The goal of this paper is to encourage students to reflect on their own personality and how their personality has affected their life in terms of their personal motivation and goals; and their personal, work, and professional relationships.
If you do not feel comfortable discussing your own personality, please feel free to write about a friend (do not mention the friend’s name), or base your paper on an imaginary person.
