Write an essay about the US Marshal Service, explaining their history and what they do. Essay has to be no less than 6 pages and no more than 8 pages excluding cover page and citations.

Students will be required to complete a research paper on a topic related to what is covered in class and/or in the textbook. The paper is due IN CLASS and may NOT be submitted outside of class. This paper may require the student to incorporate at least four (4) peer-reviewed journal articles to support their paper (examples to be provided in class), or 4 other academic references. The paper is to be no fewer than six (6) pages and no more than eight (8) pages excluding cover page and references. It must be in APA Format. The paper will count as 60 points (15% of the final grade).
