please follow the instruction Introduction
For this assignment, you will track everything you eat and drink for three days, present your diet in a
document with pictures, and write a reflection on the quality of your diet.
Directions
Step 1: Track Your Diet
Take pictures and create a written record of everything you eat and drink for three days. That means
everything! Even small items count like water, coffee creamer, ketchup, and candy. Alcohol is also
included.
In addition to pictures, create a written record of your diet. When you take a picture, write down the
food and drink items, the amount, and the meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack). This information is
necessary for creating your diet record.
Important: Follow these rules when taking pictures and recording your diet:
• Put your clenched fist next to your food/drink in every photo. This will help determine
portion sizes.
• Take pictures of multiple items at one time, such as your entire plate of dinner.
• Write down everything you eat/drink along with the photos and include the amount and
meal.
• Set your camera to take low resolution pictures.
Step 2: Create a Record
Transfer your photos to a document and organize them in tables using the format shown below
(remember, your photos need to show your fist). Add the information you recorded including each
food name and amount. Organize your tables by day and meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).
