Hi, You have creative freedom this is not for a real school. The goal is to prove that you can write it. Just create a school vision and mission statement for a school. Label each section 1.1 and 1.2 then under it comes the lettered sections (1 pages each for all lettered sections) and 2 slides

A. Demonstrate the capacity to collaboratively evaluate, develop and communicate a school mission and vision that reflect a core set of values and priorities that include (a) data use, (b) technology, (c) equity, (e) diversity, (f) digital citizenship, and (g) community.
B. Write a letter to notify parents of the vision and mission.

A. Describe planning a program to motivate staff, students and community to achieve the school mission and vision.
B. Describe how you would go about doing this: as a school-based committee member charged with developing a strategic plan of school improvement.
c. Preparing a power point presentation to a school-based audience communicating how the school improvement process will be implemented and evaluated.
