Write and convert a project report into a conference paper for publication. The project is about using a University Campus thermal energy storage tank (TES) as a demand response technology to shave and shift daily peak cooling load based on a Time of Use Rate Structure. I used Campus past cooling load data to test an algorithm that decides when and at what rate the tank should be discharged I`m interested to have this work in a high quality research paper to secure an acceptance from the review committee.
