What to do:
1) Define a fallacy and give an example of a fallacy YOU have encountered.
Be as specific as possible. Tell what kind of fallacy it is and what makes you want to classify this experience as this particular fallacy.
Example: The type of fallacy I have encountered is ad hominem. Ad hominem is when you attack someone personally instead of addressing their point. When my brother and I disagree about something, he will sometimes call me stupid. When he calls me names, he is attacking me personally instead of responding directly to my argument. It’s an effective strategy because it makes me angry and I can’t think as well when I am upset. (NOTE HOW I USED PIE TO ANSWER HERE)
