I am attaching a Copy of Newest Copy of Spring BIO SOP procedures we came up with. I just need a Materials and Metods parts of a paper written following the guidelines below. Under each SOP I need the protocols sections written out in paragraph form in past tense not listed form or command. If you can add any importance of using that equipment or amount that would be great. Only important parts needed. If there is a reference listed please cite so the reader knows were the idea came from
•WRITE IN PASSIVE PAST TENSE!
•No lists or “commands”
•Logical order of sections
•Explain/Justify purpose and use of equipment/procedure
•Include dimensions and be descriptive
•Include sources/citations for procedures if not your own and not commonplace
•Include diagrams if needed
* Ones that have a source if you will site them please
