1.Identify and describe examples of culturally competent practice by the medical and social work practitioners working with the Lee family. What were some mistakes made? What could have been done to improve how these practitioners worked with the Lee family?

6.When polled, Hmong refugees stated that difficulty with American agencies was a more serious problem than war memories or separation from families. Why do you think they feel this way? How could this be improved?
