This week we discussed and learned about the consumer decision process. Now we will break this process down to understand how consumers will shop at your chosen business. The consumer decision process consists of seven steps that include;
Need Recognition, Information Search, Alternative Evaluation, Purchase and Consumption,
and Post purchase.
From the “consumer” perspective, what would the 5 steps in the consumer decision process look
like for consumers of your business? Describe each step as it relates to the business you’ve
