Abstract
Airbnb is a market leader in providing competitive and flexible property sharing platform that allows hosts to list their properties online as affordable accommodations so that various accommodation seekers can reserve the listed properties. Hosts/Resident/Property Owners are at liberty to set their own prices on Airbnb online platform. Although Airbnb /other sites provide some general guidance to the host, but a more robust price recommendation system/engine can add value by assisting hosts to quote their properties better.
