Opportunity Identification & Market Research.
This project must be completed in groups of two or three members to encourage teamwork. Collaborating in small groups will allow group members to share insights, divide research tasks, and gain a diverse perspective on cross-cultural management challenges. Each group member should contribute actively to all stages of the project.
Students will identify a problem or need in the market that aligns with their interests and passions. They should research the problem and define a target customer segment. Then, create a Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas to refine their concept, focusing on sustainability, scalability, and competitive advantage.
Deliverable:
A report describing:
the identified problem and the target market,
a completed Business Model Canvas and a Value Proposition Canvas, explaining each component.
