Operations Management: Final Exam Part A-Group Presentation
In your designated groups, follow the instructions below to successfully complete your group
assignment.
Note: All Scenarios are USA Based looking to expand with the following:

2. Select a business or project from any industry of your choice or choose from below:
i) A College/Professional Training Institute interested in beginning online courses for students abroad in Ethiopiia, Africa.
* Online College courses for students abroad in Ethiopia, Africa. I am very interested in the current development of a few African countries that are developing at a great rate. In their economics, education, healthcare, and human rights.
3. For your chosen business or project scenario:
a) Describe the business scenario /opportunity you chose and justify the reason for your choice.
b) Describe your Product/Service strategy and Business Model Canvas for your chosen product/service.
c)Describe the business theory, concept and/ or framework you are using to build your expansion strategy for the chosen scenario
(Tip: How are you going to operationalize/expand? )
d) Present your Work Break down structure and demonstrate what your assumed expected time will be.
e) Describe your business breakeven point and describe your process of forecasting future growth in your sales/expansion operations and productivity.
f) Are there any External /Government Interventions and Incentives, external aid and collaborations e.g from the IMF and other National International Partners and Agencies in your target market you can take advantage of?
g) State any barriers, risks, limitations or other opportunities you believe you may encounter.
h) State your references.
Note: Your group presentation should NOT be more than 20 minutes-15 minutes for presenting and 5 minutes for questions. (No More than 10 PowerPoint slides excluding your Name/Intro , References and Thank you slides).

My group consists of me and two other people, making a total of three members. We need to divide the PowerPoint assignment according to the different sections or scenarios. Please allocate the tasks among the three of us and prepare a 2-3 minute script for each of us to present our slides for the 15-20 minute time stamp to discuss for the presentation.
