Provide a summary of the problem faced by the organization or community.
Do the following for each of the three options you will present.
Step 1: Describe your solution (description) and how the solution will be implemented and outline the steps involved (option outline).
Step 2: Research to know your options. Provide at least 3 pros and 3 cons to your two proposed solutions and doing nothing to resolve the current issue.
Step 3: Preform a risk assessment. Compare the following for your option as applicable.

Financial Risks Changing Economy
Marketing Risks New Competitors
Operational Risks Government Regulations
Workforce Risks Consumer Demand Changes

Step 4: Identify Dependencies
In a large organization, any task or project that is undertaken will generally have dependencies on other factors. The other factors can be human resources, funding, customer impacts, contractual obligation, or compliance obligations etc. If dependencies are not considered when selecting or planning an option, then it may never be possible to implement the option.
Identify 2 dependencies of each solution option.
Step 5: Cost, Effort, and Timeline Estimate
Cost, effort and delivery timeline are the most important parameters which are considered by management when making decisions. Cost can be resource cost, software costs, hardware costs or license costs.
Provide a realistic cost, effort, and timeline estimate for each of your solution options.
Step 6: Drafting the Options
After you have collected all the information, you will make one official recommendation and present it to the presumed leadership team. Keep the points brief and crisp so that people don’t get lost in words. Remember the people reading these options and making decisions will be senior and will not have all the time in the world to read and understand each of the
