The main points of your essay will address the following:
One area where you yourself need to improve, by discussing what you’ve observed yourself doing and the advice the book recommends for making corrections.
One area where you have noticed your team needs to improve, by discussing what you’ve observed the team doing and the advice the book recommends for making corrections.
One area where you have noticed other teams are struggling, by discussing what you’ve observed the team doing and the advice the book recommends for making corrections.
