Compose a research article that explains the pathophysiology of anorexia using the case study of an 84-year-old female patient of mine.based on my patient 84 year old female my patient L.S is at risk for severe malnutrition related to reduced food intake evidenced by a BMI of 17 and wasting temporalis as well as hx of anorexia. Patient L.S is an 84-year-old female who was admitted to RIH COOP2 due to mechanical fall at home. Upon the initial assessment, L.S diagnosis in the ER they discovered she had a left femur fracture as well as nondisplaced tibial fracture. I assumed care for L.S on 02/09 at 1300.
