This week you will submit your Final Project Presentation. Accompanying the paper is a Kaltura Presentation utilizing a PowerPoint slide deck. For the presentation, you are presenting your findings and recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Human Resources Officer of the organization. You should appear on camera for the video. The presentation should be 5-7 minutes in length, with 5-6 slides that include the following: Problem Identification: What is the problem? How do you know it’s a problem? What additional data collection/analysis is needed to assess the problem? Proposed OD Interventions/Strategy(ies): Provide specific detail and justifications for your recommendations. Required Resources Timeline Potential Benefit(s) (e.g.. cost savings, reduced turnover) Suggested Evaluation Approach You are encouraged to create infographics (i.e., charts, graphs, tables) depicting information gained from your interviews or research.
