Students will write an essay on the topic of intergenerational communication from a hospitality standpoint, based on the principles contained in the book ReGenerations by J. Stolling. This report must be at least 2500 words in length, and must contain 8 scholarly references (references from websites or Wikipedia are not acceptable.) Students will turn in drafts of their essay throughout the semester for feedback from the instructor.

The editing process is an important part of the UDW requirements and students should use instructor feedback to improve their essay. Please see assignment for the grading rubric.
