Using the 4 Assessment tools (7-S Framework, Balanced Scorecard, SWOT & PESTLE) we have discussed in this Module (unit 2.1), and research you have done independently during this module, provide a complete assessment of the company you are currently working for. If you had complete authority, what would you change and why? Please provide your recommendation for change and support your arguments with independent research and critical analysis. NOTE: Review the feedback provided in your Interim paper and make all of the recommended corrections before you proceed. You may use your INTERIM paper with any changes required to complete the final assessment paper based on the above question. Please provide a “Before” and “After” Organizational charts showing the current management structure and your proposed changes with justification for change supported by external research. If you are not working at this time, use a past employer. If you work for a multi-national Company, use the business unit you are working for to provide this assessment.
