1COVID-19 and culture
In a case study of your choice, discuss the social, economic and cultural contexts in which COVID-19 has emerged and evaluate how these have shaped the country response(s) to the pandemic.
You would need to first give background to the case study (country, setting(s), population(s) of interest, etc.) you will go on to describe and give an overview of COVID-19 in that country throughout the different waves and for different populations. You could then move on to discuss your case study using relevant literature on the topic to discuss the contexts above and their shaping of the response.
Use the key concepts and theories you have learnt throughout the course to give some depth to your critical analysis.
