Project Background:
You have been hired by Hyper Big Bank as a consultant. Hyper Big Bank are looking to setup a new bank targeted towards 14-to-18-year-olds in Australia. The new bank will be called HyperTeen. The project is at an early concept stage and has not yet received full backing from the board of directors at Hyper Big Bank. The board of directors have hired you to get your expert opinion on (i) the viability of the project (is it a good idea or not) and (ii) the implementation challenges behind the project.
