You can choose your topic area, keeping in mind that you should tie in the Strategic Surprise book and other readings to support your topic. Write a paper on Homeland Security Intelligence. Give an overview of how it developed and has changed and grown throughout the years and why/how it is the way it is now. Included is the rubric and an Intro draft I submitted to give an idea of what to possibly write but not limited to that.
