Part Two: Justification Essay 20 points
In addition to your genre response, you will write a 1,00-1,2500-word essay in which you explain the identity that you have chosen to take on in your genre response and justify your rhetorical choices when composing your propaganda piece. Your justification should also highlight some of the difficulties in your process and the limitations of your chosen genre, if any. Use this essay as an opportunity to explain your thinking behind your project.
When explaining your rhetorical choices consider the following questions:
Why did you choose this genre of composition?
What specific choices about space, color, pacing, volume, or other artistic choices did you make and why?
What elements of your project stand out and why?
Your Justification Essay should adhere to all of the following guidelines:
Be a word.doc or .pdf file
MLA format: 12-point font; 1” margins all around; double spaced
Be a minimum of 1,000-1,250 words
Have an original title (please do not title your essay: Argument Analysis or Essay 1)
Have an introduction that explains the topic that you will explore in your essay and clearly states your perspective on the topic
