Do not write a general paper where one contrast the whole of each of these philosophies. Explain which one of the three seems the strongest on a specific issue and why the other two philosophies are weaker on the same issue. Defend your thinking with good reasons. Be sensitive to the claim that a certain philosophy is more relative or more realistic to the time when one lives or the claim that some theories are “out of date.” Philosophers usually think that when dealing with moral-ethical theories they are dealing with eternal truths or principles, not historical truths of fact which are only true for awhile.
