Practice acting as a leadership/followership consultant. You need to study the behavior of someone who you can directly observe and interact with in a leadership OR followership position. If you study someone in a leadership position, you must at least address the role of their follower(s). If you study someone in a followership position, you must at least address the role of their leader(s). This study should include some observation of the person you are analyzing; it may include interviews with people (follower(s), leader(s), and/or employees) who work with him/her, audio recordings, videotapes, or transcripts of his/her presentations or everyday communication, and/or information written by others about him or her. Observation notes and transcripts should be included in your paper after the references page and does not count toward page length.
