Description: The purpose of this project is to explore factors contributing to sustained competitive advantage in a well-established company (must be from the Global Fortune 500 list). This company can be local (e.g., Aramco) or international (Apple, Amazon, etc.). You explore these and other details about the company that help give it a sustained competitive advantage. Requirements: Write a brief report (~3-4 double-spaced pages) and prepare a presentation (~10 minutes) about what factors have contributed to the company’s success. These factors can range from strategy, leadership, organizational structure, etc. You must include citations for anything you are citing, and these must come from a variety of sources (not only a company’s website or Wikipedia). Given that most sustained competitive advantage originates from a combination of factors, discussing how these strengths complement one another is also key.
