What would your favorite perspective have to say about them? Do they have any personality disorders? Try to have fun and be as creative as you like.
1. Introduction to the Character: here youll go into detail about who this person is objectively answering things like name, age, where they are from, what they do, hobbies, likes, dislikes, etc. Basic stuff.
2. Introduction to Characters Personality: Now youll get into some assumption territory. Here you will talk about at least 5 personality traits you know that this character has. Explain the traits themselves and talk about the scenario-based evidence/examples that lead you to believe that they possess these traits. Do the traits change at all throughout the character’s story?
3. Add some perspective: Utilize one of the personality perspectives you know about to analyze the character. What would this perspective say about this character’s behavior, motives, desires, and overall personality? Think about a measure that this perspective might use in order to find out more.
4. Personality Disorders: Do you believe this character deals with any of the 10 DSM-5 personality disorders? If yes which one(s)? explain in detail how and why youve come to this conclusion using the definitions and examples of behavior/thoughts related to this disorder. If no discuss in detail how this character doesnt exhibit behavior/thoughts related to the personality disorders. In other words, describe how well adjusted they are personality-wise.
