While many energy related topics are quite divisive, the debate around nuclear power is especially contentious. Nuclear power has been claimed to be the energy source that would save the planet but has also been claimed to be what will destroy us.
This week the readings are two opinion-editorial (op-ed) pieces. One author argues for promotion of nuclear power while the author of the other pieces argues against promotion of nuclear. As is the case with many energy related debates, both authors make very valid points.
