Instructions The need for personal goals is important for our lives to have a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Written goals have been deemed the best type of goal planning because they show a commitment on our part. By now you have been pondering some very specific financial goals. Now it is time to write them down. Most of us will always trade our time for a paycheck. How big that check is may or may not be as important when viewed through the prism of other life style choices. Perhaps flexibility is more important to you than pay. So what jobs allow you to have that kind of flexibility, yet still allow you to meet your financial goals? Your values will help you to define those things that are most important. Write one page outlining the financial condition you aim to achieve, focusing on at least one thing from each week. Use this time to incorporate what you learned from the cash flow project you experienced throughout the course. It is not necessary to apply a formatting style for this assignment except when using a source to support your writing. Goal Implementation Paper Objective: Determine the strategies you will implement as a result of this course. Mindset: Value the opportunity to make changes to strengthen your financial position Instructions Goals are great. They make us feel good. Writing them down makes us feel even better. Unfortunately, if all we have are goals, feeling good about them is about all we’re going to get! Have you ever wanted to go to Disney World, take a cruise, or golf at St. Andrews in Scotland? Well, you may not be able to do any of those things tomorrow, but if you set the goal, and lay out a plan to reach that goal, step by strategic step, you’ll reach that goal. Reflect on the “Financial Goals” exercise you just submitted. Write a 1-2 page paper laying out your strategic plan that will help you achieve those goals in very specific terms.
