What 3 key personal strengths lead you to believe that you will be a successful barrister? I volunteered in one of the biggest NGO of Bangladesh, namely X on 2017. The NGO mainly focused on providing basic education to the farmers of a village in respect of cultivation. While Volunteering, I acquired the skills that I believe would be helpful to pursue BTC. Few of the skills I have learnt from there was handling work under pressure, communication skills and organizing skills. During that time, I was assigned with the tasks of researching from various sources and provide guidelines to my senior. As the volume of the work was immense, I had to give my best to discharge the duty within the time frame while ensuring the quality of the work is uncompromised. Moreover, I was also assigned with the duty to go to each individual’s house, take a note of their problems and convey them the proper solution to overcome such problem. The work required high organizing skills and communication skills. I had to ensure that the farmers understood everything that was conveyed to them for which I had to communicate in the way they understood depending on each individual’s need and at the same time keeping a record of the advises conveyed. Recently, one of the well established opinion of many including my closest friends is the fact that all Muslims are brainwashed and are terrorists or have the hidden terrorism agenda hidden inside them. On August 2016, I had the opportunity to oppose and change few of my friends view. Hence, I explained how diverse, hardworking members of the community are. Furthermore, I took them to the mosque and gave a brief idea as to what Islam is and what Muslims actually do. I had to put arguments to make them understand and realize the fact that that terrorists just used the religion as a shield to carry out the activities and defame the religion. I explained them that the media is very persuasive and that it can be moulded. Every religion has their own kind of peace and in a world full of so much negativity it’s hard to focus on the positive attributes that comes within the manual of a basic human being. After a long standing argument, they agreed to my view and I believe I have successfully changed their view on they used to think before. (189) 4. What attracts you to studying the Btc with BPP?
