The project will consist of selecting a public company you would want to work for and identifying:
1. one or more of its management skills
2. their importance of research and application
3. develop and present a paper and a presentation
4. How does the company motivate via empowerment, and otherwise
5. How does the company manage power and or influence
6. How does the company demotivate via power usage
7. How does it develop Everest teams
8. How does it minimize group think
9. How does it successfully implement positive change
