Please answer these couple of questions like q1 q2 q3 q4 thank you
q1; I would like you to do some quick research on Judge Michael Cicconetti. You can just Google his name and a number of news stories will come up. This judge is known for giving unusual sentences. I would like you to take a look at some of his decisions/sentences and then compare them to the 4 philosophies of justice we covered. How do you feel the sentences match up with the philosophies? Please be specific relative to matching up the specific punishments with the philosophies.
q2; What is Initiative 593?
q3; the argument that the terrorist make that they are indirividuals that have been to some extenent marginilized or ignored by what we might term “the super powers” and these super power have enormous weapons in their disposal such as nuclear bombs and such. what do you think about suicide bombs and terorism and how they have to use whatever they have to counter whatever is coming their way and them saying ” well we have to use these ways because super powers have all these other powers.. what do you think of this?
q4; share your thoughts; when you have individuals who believe in god and practice these religions that they tent to lead a better life and its important. and in modern civilisatins religions exist so people have some level of fear of the divine and reprocusions and they should not live the good life that has been presented to them. and the other side of the argument is religion is dangerious, when you have a belief in a higher power and a prophet that is presented that is very confusing in holy books and such, you can have people who are justifying engaging in a lot of violance, and many people believe that a large number of wars has started because of bunch of religions. so what do you think on whether we as a society should be pushing towards rational scientific view of things or should we push towards religion and expect some type of protection and such from a higher power. (Please answer with science and NOT religion, thank you)
