Definition: What is an End User License Agreement and what is it designed to do? Discuss.
Scenario: Find and read the entire end-user license agreement (EULA) from a piece of commercial software. Post a link to the EULA you are reading. Do any of the conditions seem shady or unreasonable? If so, which ones? And why?
Real World Example: Can you provide any real-world example of an End User License Agreement at any company? Feel free to (attach) the EULA and share any information or resource that is related to this issue. Why do you think this is a good EULA, or not?
