Content requirements: This second writing assignment assesses your ability to perform and draw insights from internal analysis. You have to apply the Resource-Based View of the Firm and the VRIO framework to complete the analysis of Enterprise’s internal environment (including its resources and capabilities) to explain why it could provide car rental profitably and to generate appropriate strategic recommendations for it to sustain its competitive advantage. Do not use any other external references for any case analysis. Completing the lecture on internal analysis will be necessary to analyze the case.
Required format: The assignment must be between two and two-and-a-half pages, using Times New Roman 12-point font, double spaced, 1-inch margin all around, and 8.5” × 11”-page setting. Please submit your assignment on Canvas with either DOCX or PDF format.

Late Assignments: It will be imperative that all submissions are made on time, that is, by the due date and time. Assignments late by 10 minutes will lose 10%; more than 10 minutes but by one day 40%; more than one day but by two days 80%; more than two days, unfortunately, will not be accepted, except under medical emergencies supported by official documents.
