Directions:
You will be creating a visual map of the system behind the problem you have identified. (i.e., you will Illustrate this issue as a system). Using ChatGPT and Google search, and the databases available through the library, you will research the problem enough to be able to identify the players and forces that are part of the problem you identified. Be as specific as you can (institutions, ethical standards and boards, professional associations, people, government policies, etc.) based on your research. Make sure your research includes multiple cultural perspectives. Be sure to cite any sources that helped you draw this system.
Rubric:
5 points: Visual of the system is complete with all of the parts of the system represented and reinforcing loops and relationships are clearly represented.
5 points: Description of the visual adequately addresses the following elements
Explanation of what the visual is trying to communicate (explain the system step by step)
Feedback loops are described in detail (where are they? What causes them? Are they each positively or negatively reinforcing? Where are the points of intervention within the system and why?)
