What were the main workplace issues from your interviews?
Return to your interviews from Team Project Deliverable 2 (Interview Analysis), and clearly
outline and describe the main problems facing your interviewees. You were asked to probe many issues in your interviews, ranging from values, to job satisfaction, to motivation, and
beyond.
If your interviewees didn’t report many problems with those issues, then instead outline and describe the current practices/solutions enacted in their organization that were effective and how you would maintain them. Include some evidence to justify the problem or
practice, such as some specific quotes from the interviews, or more detailed description of why it’s a problem (or effective practice).
