Compose a research paper explaining the four primary components of a company plan.I need some help with an assignment. It is a business plan
that I am working on and need a nerd to do a few things.
The fake company I am pretending to do a business plan on is
called SkyDesk. It is basically a Zoom or Microsoft Teams knock off with a few
extra features like:
-Canva
-User friendly (mobile) cross compatible
-Apple vision pro plugin
-health wellness
-Meta 2nd version plugin
-AI assistance
-monthly subscription
I need you to come up with a Marketing Plan & Sales
Strategy (1.5 pages): define how you make customers aware of your product or
service; what message you are trying to convey to customers about your product,
service, or company; describe specific methods you use to deliver and reinforce
that message, and how you secure actual sales. (Note: The successful Business
Plan: chapter 10).
The other thing I need you to do is Management &
Organization 1-2 pages (excluding charts)): include the key members of your
management team, with a brief description of each person’s relevant business
background, responsibilities they have in your company; key decision-makers and
advisors for the company; and the management structure and style. (The
successful Business Plan: chapter 13).
I will need two basic charts made. One should be areas of
Responsibilities and the other one should be an organizational chart.
I have uploaded examples of what I am looking for to make
this easier.
