Can you do the slide that says recommended benchmark? I already made a powerpoint.
You have to find at least 5 companies. You need to justify them the choices by scope, availability, size, location, and circumstances.
Also, can you can please check the other slides to see if it is well done?
Here are the general instructions:
It’s time to provide Mr. Cooney with a market survey recommendation. Include:
o Justification for the need for a Market survey recommendation (why are we doing it)
o Sourcing of the data (where are we going to get the data)
o Recommend list of actual benchmark companies with justification (scope, geography..)
o Recommended benchmark jobs to be surveyed with justification (demographics)
o What do we do with the results?
o You do NOT need to collect data. This is an exercise in direction and strategy, not results. Even though you actually have to find at least 5 benchmark companies
Report format: This report is an opportunity to hone your executive presentation skills. Please prepare a Power Point Presentation. Imagine you are presenting to Mr. Cooney and the management committee and you have 10 minutes to do so. Your goal is the obtain approval on the market survey approach, benchmarks and whatever funding you deem necessary. Beyond your analysis you must establish your credibility with Mr. Cooney and the committee by communicated the material in an Executive friendly way. Try to anticipate what questions would the execs have?
