• Identify a leader who has guided a group or an organisation to success. The leader must be organisational (not political).
• Assess and analyse the styles and strategies used by the leader in question and back up your discussion with evidence, or data. For instance, you can use newspaper articles, academic articles and books, videos, various reports and interview transcripts.
• In addition to styles of leadership, apply other theories and concepts (minimum of TWO) from the course to study your leader. For example, investigate your leader’s personality; approaches to motivation; teamwork, communication etc.
