2 Sections of the Case Study
Section 1: Presentation of the problem and issues (1800 to 2200 words and will include tables and charts that present the financial data needed to solve the questions in part 2. all the information required to solve the Q&A is section 1.
Section 2: Questions and Answers (The 5 questions are listed in the attached document with most the content, note only question with content is question 5)
Most of the information is in the attached document with calculations. Need help putting it all together in a case study format per the information below. Please add additional content, create 3-4 graphs from the calculations provided, etc. to meet the requirements below.
The first part of the case is your story’s setting and the information needed to solve the problem –what are the choices, the dollar amounts associated with those choices, and other things the reader needs to consider?
• The second part is the actual questions and answers. Remember that new information does not suddenly appear in the answers. Section 1 provides the information. An easy way to do this is to give tables with the various data in section 1 of the case.
• Use the suggested list of questions. You may adjust them as needed for your case, but this should get you going on writing the questions.
• Be sure to provide the mathematical formulas and calculation steps for solving the problems. Your readers should be able to read the answer and step through how you calculated your numbers.
• 1800 – 2200 words on the set-up and analysis of the case – give the reader background and purpose of case and what are the issues facing this health care provider?
• 1800 – 2200 words on the seven questions with answers
• Goal is around 4000 words total (not including the graphs)
• 4000 words is about 8 pages, single-spaced.
• The case is written in the third person. Have a character. Do not use “I” or “we.”
• Use appropriate headings to make the case easy to read and understand for your reader.
• Subheading in section 1 can help the reader find the information for the questions.
• Font: 10, 11, or 12-point: Times New Roman, Calibri, Arial, or another easy-to-read font.
• Spacing: Single-spaced within paragraphs and double-spaced between paragraphs.
• Margins: 1-inch margins.
• Title Page: Please include a title page with name
• Do not use a “RUNNING HEAD” template that scores high on Turnitin because every “RUNNING HEAD” is counted against you. If you use this template, be sure to delete the unnecessary parts of the template.
• Citations: If you use articles or websites for information, please be sure to cite them. References are in APA style.
