Design and effectively communicate an evidence based human resource management initiative with consideration to ethical concerns. Task Based on the concepts, principles and theories of HRM that you have learned in this subject, critically evaluate any three (3) of the following HR areas in your organisation (or an organisation you are familiar with ., any previous organisation you may have worked for or a well-known organisation). Talent management Training and career management Performance management Compensation (remuneration) and rewards management. Given you have already provided an introduction of your organisation in the first assignment, you dont need to provide a detailed organisational background; instead, you should use the Introduction section to provide an overview of your organisations HR department or functions or its approach/significance towards Strategic HRM. Once you have evaluated your three chosen HR areas (please ensure that you provide equal weighting to evaluating each of the HR area), provide recommendations on how these areas of HRM can be improved in your chosen organisation. Note: while conducting the evaluation, you must also take into account the current Covid-19 pandemic situation and how it has affected the HRM of your organisation. Procedures The required word length for this assignment is 3,000 words (plus 10% tolerance). You are required to follow AIB standard report format, in terms of structure, presentation and style. Please refer to AIB Style Guide and AIB report template for further details. You need to acknowledge sources of facts appropriately. Use a minimum of ten (10) academic references to support your arguments. You need to use credible sources such as journal articles, textbooks, government and/or industry reports, online business magazines or newspaper articles, business-related opinion pieces, company websites and so on. Any source that you use for this assignment should no longer be more than ten (10) years old, unless it is a seminal work. Your grade will be adversely affected if your response does not acknowledge the sources of information you have used (please refer to AIB’s Assessment Policy which is available on the AIB website).
