In your paper:
• Discuss the recent workplace challenge
• Analyze the potential causes for the impact to team motivation.
• Create a pep talk using the three a step approach in “The science of pep talks: To fire up your team, draw on a research a proven, three art formula” (PDF Attached) to address the challenge.
• Identify how you used the three a step approach to create a pep talk to address the challenge.
• Evaluate three additional research a based strategies you could use to motivate the team.
• Provide scholarly rationale for your each of your choices.
• Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper.
