Remember that this is a REACTION Paper, meaning that the style of writing is much less formal than normal essays. Write in a conversational style, and be opinionated and support your position. I will also provide a previously written reaction paper for you to emulate my style of writing (very important).
I will have attached the essay prompt in the attachments along with important PPT slides to use when supporting your position. For this essay, please write an essay supporting the point that self-taught software engineers and programmers are just as capable, and that it is not necessary to have a license or certification to be hired in a high-level job, unlike professions such as doctors or lawyers.
Remember that this is a class on Cyberspace Ethics, so make sure the arguments touch and relate to ethics. Be sure to visit the PPTs attached to understand the last paragraph of the prompt.
