Need to write a full RFP to move existing Time&Material application maintenance services to a full outsourced managed service contract for this activity based on the scenario provided (Attached files describing scenario). You can decide the scope of apps management service to be covered within RFP (By number of applications, by business area, include everything):
RFP needs to cover all elements stated above from 1-3, paying special attention to scope definition/scope work.
Evaluation: Scoring will be based upon the following weighing: 60% Scope defintion, deliverables definition, outcomes and performance standards. 40% for the remaining content.
Elements to be scored:
Level of detail in requirements
Level of clarity in all elements
Level of completeness in requirements
Differential elements : Requirements or elements not included by others and that provide and added value to the RFP.
Everything will be scored 1 to 5 being 1 lowest level and 5 maximum.
Scope of work:
Student shall include an index
Students shall structure the document in chapters, one chapter per RFP element covered
Students shall cover all aspects within RFP as stated in session 5
Any information not specified in documentation provided, students shall perform their own assumptions.Assumptions shall be properly documented in an additional chapter within the document stated as an Annexe, so it can be interpreted and understood by teacher.
