Design a survey questionnaire using Google Forms to be used for collecting data for the final research project. Include your planned delivery method for any other data collection such as focus groups, phone calls, etc.
Your questionnaire should include 5 various types of questions. (Given our short window of time I reduced the number of questions noted on the syllabus)
Each of this week’s chapter readings provides company examples to help you develop your questions. Review Case 2.2 which begins on page 761, located under Comprehensive Cases with Real Data, located at the back of our textbook to help you formulate your questions.
How to use Google Forms
Step 1: Set up a new form by going to forms.google.com. Click Blank
Step 2: Edit and format a form. You can add, edit, or format text, images, or videos in a form. Edit your form
Step 3: Send your form for people to fill out. When you are ready, you can send your form to others and collect their responses.
You will submit your blank questionnaire as your assignment.
Include a cover sheet with the name of the project company, and insert the business logo or a photo of the product or service offering.
