“Violence on The Land, Violence on Our Bodies” documents multiple forms and consequences of state and corporate ecological violence on Indigenous lands throughout North America, mainly in the form of extractive industries, and identifies how this contributes to gendered and sexualized forms of violence against predominately Indigenous women, girls, 2-Spirt and gender-variant peoples. The report also documents on the ground and embodied modes of resistance that Indigenous communities lead against settler colonial topographies of ecological, gender and sexual violence.
