Several of the course readings for this module will be in reference to leadership and leadership theory. In this assignment, you will examine and reflect on your own leadership style. Research and analyze the 10 Leadership theories below. Next pick a theory of your choice to explain your personal style, you must include specific examples from your work, school, or personal life. Include the main points and key terms of the theory. Note the strengths and weaknesses of this particular leadership style and how you may overcome any negative aspects.
This paper must be written in APA style with reference to the course reading(s) or other literature when presenting theory, including in text citations. Paper must be 2 pages (double-spaced) or more.

Leadership Identity Paper [25 points]
For the purposes of this assignment, reflect on how you define yourself as a leader based on the CONCEPTUALIZING LEADERSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE. This self-exploration is a necessary step in beginning the processes of understanding other leadership, backgrounds, identities and experiences. In contemplating your leadership identity, you will need to demonstrate what you consider to be essential pieces of how you define yourself, and why you define yourself based on those constructs. We are all growing and learning all the time and those lessons are most valuable when we can identify the shift that takes us to a new level of understanding.
Please answer the following questions in a paragraph or more (5 sentences):
What values are most important to you?
If time and resources were not a concern how would you spend your time?
What qualities would you want your team to use to describe you?
What are your daily habits?
When do you acknowledge and appreciate the contributions from others?
