In other words, what are the rhetorical effects of the author’s rhetorical and stylistic techniques (of arrangement) in terms of meeting the needs of the target audience and achieving the rhetorical purpose of the author? Put the other way, how did the demographic and situational facts of the particular audience determine the writer’s arrangement method?
