I would like you to write a seven page paper discussing the reasons for and against no knock warrants. Specifically your paper should include things such as the law regarding warrants at common law and whether they permitted anything other than knock and announce warrants; the reasoning behind allowing courts to issue no knock warrants; what the courts should require the police to demonstrate in order to obtain such warrants; standards judges should follow in examining the request for no knock warrants; should such warrants be banned; and should the the no knock warrant system be banned.
Further, I would like you to look at cases such as Breonna Taylor, Amir Locke, and other high profile cases to discuss your analysis of no knock warrants and any changes as I mentioned above.
